Customer Service and Management Role - Aquatic Services team

We offer a wide range of aquatic products and services in natural and artificial ecosystems including wetlands, lakes, natural pools, ponds, aquariums, aquaculture & Aquaponics systems backed by the largest aquatic-based service team in WA.
Join a dynamic team and become a key player in shaping the future of the organisation. We are currently seeking an experienced aquatic technician with positive 'can do' attitude to take on a leadership role in our fast growing role.
We are also open to hire individuals with experience in plumbing, handyman, woodwork and other transferable skills in trade based roles.
The Role:
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage client expectations and demands of the team and meet business needs
A keen interest and knowledge of fish and aquatic ecosystems (specific knowledge on marine corals and saltwater ecosystems would be valuable)
Good knowledge on aquarium and pond designs and filtration systems
Drivers License
Police clearance (can sort out if not yet available)
Fit and able to work in residential and commercial sites
Must be able to work unsupervised
Good attitude and commitment to clients
Good communication skills
Reliable, punctual and organised
Previous experience in pet shops or fish shops (optional)
Qualifications in aquaculture or related fields (optional)
This is a excellent opportunity for a keen fish enthusiast that wants to build a career related to aquatic ecosystems. There is chance for growth in other areas of our business, which deals with revegetation and terrestrial ecosystems.
We are looking for a self-starter who is customer focused, who has a passion for fish and ability to observe the health conditions of aquatic animals an artistic eye for detail and the ability to create and maintain long lasting customer relationships.
