Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The role is based in Melbourne, VIC, with the flexibility to work from home on designated days. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing tailored solutions for foodservice operators. Key responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, collaborating with internal teams to deliver proposals, managing client accounts, and meeting sales targets to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the foodservice or commercial kitchen equipment industry
* Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and networking skills
* Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with limited supervision
* Knowledge of the foodservice industry, including product trends and equipment
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
