You will lead and develop a new area of the Pharmacy Service to improve the care of patients in rural NSW.
The position includes the role in the Opioid Treatment Program and supporting systems.
About the WNSWLHD Pharmacy Service
The Pharmacy Service supports the safe and effective delivery of medication across all the facilities in the District and a virtual service.
It consists of seven Pharmacy Departments located across in the District.
* Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a new area of the Pharmacy Service
* Develop the Pharmacy Services role in the Opioid Treatment Program and supporting systems
* Support the safe and effective delivery of medication across all facilities
* Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve the goals of the Pharmacy Service
Requirements
* Qualifications
* Registration as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Skills and Experience
* Proven leadership and management skills
* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
