Days and Hours:
Thursdays & Fridays8:00 am – 6:30 pm (21 hours/week)
A loving family in Paddington, NSW is seeking a warm, self-motivated, and experienced nanny to join their home and care for their two young children (5 and 1 yrs of age) – with kindness, confidence, and reliability.
About You:
* Warm, kind and reliable
* Proactive and confident with managing routines
* Genuinely enjoys caring for young children
* Experience with babies and toddlers (essential)
* Bonus point for any cooking flair!
Typical Day and Responsibilities:
* 8:00 am: Help with breakfast, morning prep and school drop-off the eldest to school
* Morning: Outing with the 1 yr old (park, playgroup, library) plus run any errands (ie pick up milk, fruit etc)
* Midday: Lunch and nap for the 1yr pld; tidy, prep meals, light laundry during nap
* Afternoon: Pick up the eldest, facilitate activities/play, prepare kids' dinner
* 6:30 pm: End of day
The family's expectations from their nanny are:
* 3+ years of experience as a nanny or working in child care
* Childcare qualifications preferred (Not essential)
* Have a current first aid certificate
* Have a current Working With Children's Check
* Display strong communication skills and speaks English
* Non smoking
* Full drivers license and clean driving record (Car provided during work hours)
