This pivotal leadership role oversees JCU's student-led psychology clinics, ensuring high-quality, ethical and evidence-based psychological services while fostering an outstanding clinical learning environment.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership across clinic governance, supervision, and service delivery, working closely with academic and professional teams to support excellence in teaching, research and clinical training.

Provide strategic and operational oversight of clinic services
Deliver individual and group supervision to provisionally registered psychologists
Ensure best-practice clinical governance, risk management and compliance
Contribute to teaching within postgraduate and undergraduate psychology programs
Collaborate across JCU Health and interprofessional clinics
Support continuous improvement and growth of clinic services
What you'll bring
AHPRA registration as a Psychologist with Clinical Psychology endorsement
Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor status
Strong clinical supervision experience and governance expertise
Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
Outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills
