We're revving up to take on even bigger challenges both here in Australia and beyond, and we need a Key Account Manager to join our crew

About The Role

Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for Group brands and FMO operational management teams, keeping partnerships in high gear and smoothing out any friction before it hits the brakes.
Operational Alignment: Pop the hood on Fleet Member Terms and Conditions to minimise friction and mitigate any, operational engine knocks for the wider business.
Performance Reporting: Take the wheel for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for designated customers, mapping out the road ahead and guiding stakeholders through the data, key outcomes, and any improvements on the horizon.
Operational Integration: Collaborate with internal Ops teams to document processes and ensure all training materials and platform guides are high-performance and road-ready for our customers.
Onboarding & Hypercare: Inform the planning phase for new customer projects, helping to manage their implementation and onboarding through to steady-state.
Product and Process Advocacy: Influence how customers interact with our systems and inform the kind of upgrades that keep both their business and ours firing on all cylinders.
Release Management: Jump into the technical release process to translate under-the-hood updates into clear, practical communication updates that help customers navigate the changes internally and for their customers.
Systems Management: Maintain meticulous records in CRMs and admin systems, ensuring all contacts, notes, and documentation are audit-ready.
Escalation Lead: Act as the first responder for high-priority breakdowns or escalations, coordinating resources to meet performance objectives.
Growth & Optimisation: Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and collaborate with leadership to open up new lanes for business growth.

About You

You've got proven experience under the hood in fleet or automotive account management, knowing exactly what makes this industry tick.
You're fueled by success and have the reflexes to solve problems, embrace change, and navigate obstacles without losing momentum.
You can talk shop with everyone from the workshop floor to the high-level FMO execs, building bulletproof relationships at every turn.
You don't just meet people; you build and nurture long-term partnerships, maintaining smooth connections across every level of an enterprise.
Your time management is top-spec; you can context-shift and prioritise tasks like a pro driver handling a complex gearbox.
You're proficient with Google Suite and AI tools, and you've got a solid handle on the telematics of SaaS or fleet management systems.
A smooth operator with excellent verbal and written skills, highly proficient in modern tech stacks and AI-driven communication platforms.
You understand the Tech/SaaS world or have led the charge on a business transformation or tech project delivery.
