Job Summary
The Senior Clinical Nurse/AHP provides high-quality primary health care and mentoring/supervision to graduate clinicians and students in a dynamic clinical environment.
This role involves collaborating closely with the Clinic Manager to optimize client flow within the clinic.
* Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner is mandatory.
* Substantial experience in public health or primary health care is essential.
* Mentoring and supervising clinical staff to ensure effective team performance.
* Demonstrated proficiency in communication, including cross-cultural environments.
* A comprehensive understanding of Aboriginal health and Community Control philosophy.
* Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team maintaining professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities

* Provide guidance and support to junior clinicians to enhance their skills and confidence.
