We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead occupancy growth, strengthen referral relationships, and elevate the market presence of our senior living and healthcare campus. What You'll Do
Lead and mentor the campus sales team to achieve revenue and census goals
Develop and execute a rolling 90-day strategic sales plan using performance data and market insights
Drive qualified lead generation while nurturing existing prospects through the decision process
Manage the full sales cycle including inquiry response, tours, home visits, events, and move-in coordination
Educate prospective residents and families on campus services, lifestyle options, and care offerings
Build strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical referral sources to expand the pipeline
Increase local awareness through networking events, professional associations, and community involvement
Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence
Maintain accurate reporting within the CRM to track leads, conversions, and outcomes
Partner with the Executive Director to train staff on inquiry handling and tour excellence
Oversee the sales and marketing budget and evaluate ROI on outreach efforts
Collaborate with marketing to ensure messaging aligns with strategic goals
Support campus readiness by ensuring apartments and common areas present well for tours
Share performance insights during business reviews and leadership meetings
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
Proven success meeting or exceeding occupancy or revenue targets
Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
Confident communicator comfortable presenting to families, professionals, and community groups
Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategy
Natural leader who enjoys coaching others toward success
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is an active, on-site leadership role requiring regular movement throughout the campus and community. Candidates should be comfortable sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed. Travel up to 50% may be required for outreach and partnership development.
