Role details
The Oral Health team at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for an Oral Health Dental Therapist to join their team on a temporary basis. For information on how to apply and the mandatory requirements for this role, please refer to the attached Role Description.
Your opportunity
The successful candidate will enjoy the benefits of working as an Oral Health Therapist within a multidisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to utilise your skills in both the Therapy and Hygiene fields working on adults and children within the hospital and school clinics.
About The Team
Mackay Oral Health have permanent clinics in Mackay, Proserpine and Bowen with outreach services to Sarina, Collinsville and Clermont. All clinics have recently been refurbished with modern equipment and adheres to strict standards. We are a training facility for James Cook University with final year dental student placements in Mackay and Proserpine. We deliver high quality services to eligible adult patients as well as school children through school dental services.
