About The Role
We are now seeking an Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our Wangara office.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage office administration — phone, email correspondence, filing, and general enquiries.
* Prepare and issue purchase orders, invoices, and freight documentation.
* Assist with customer orders, logistics tracking, and supplier coordination.
* Maintain payroll and HR records under direction.
* Coordinate factory documentation such as production reports, policies, and safety records.
* Support accounts payable/receivable and liaise with external accountants as required.
* Maintain professional presentation of the front office and handle visitor reception.
* Provide administrative support to the Managing Director.
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience in office administration or executive support (manufacturing or logistics industry preferred).
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); exposure to MYOB desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and time management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality.
* A positive, steady personality suited to a fast-paced, hands-on business.
