We are a new telemedicine platform specialising in longevity, preventative health, and modern wellness-based care. Our patients are individuals seeking evidence-informed anti-ageing, metabolic optimisation, and longevity wellness solutions through a safe, clinician-led model.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Medical Doctor with prescribing rights who is either already interested in the longevity and wellness space or motivated to expand their clinical expertise in this area.

About the Role
This is a casual, remote telehealth position with flexible hours, ideal for a clinician looking to:
* Build additional income alongside their current role, and
* Grow into a long-term position as patient referrals and the platform scale.
You will review detailed online medical intake forms, consult with patients via telehealth and then prescribe where clinically appropriate through our secure e-prescribing system.
Prescriptions are sent directly to licensed Australian compounding pharmacies, with medications shipped straight to patients.

Key Responsibilities
* Review comprehensive online medical history and health screening forms
* Conduct telehealth consultations with patients seeking longevity and wellness support
* Make independent clinical decisions regarding suitability for treatment
* Prescribe approved medications via integrated e-prescribing software
* Submit prescriptions directly to partnered Australian compounding pharmacies
* Ensure all prescribing aligns with AHPRA, TGA, and professional standards
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the platform

Renumeration & Contract Structure
* $50 per consult or
* Up to $200 per hour, depending on consult structure and experience
* Initial casual contractor arrangement
* Clear pathway to increased hours and potential full-time role as demand grows

No prior peptide or longevity prescribing experience is required for the right clinician—training and support are available.

Ideal Candidate
* Registered Nurse Practitioner or Medical Doctor with:
* Current AHPRA registration
* Legal prescribing rights in Australia
* Interest in longevity, wellness, preventative or alternative medicine
* Comfortable working independently in a telehealth environment
* Prior telehealth experience preferred but not required for this position
* Strong clinical judgment and ethical prescribing standards
* Open to learning, upskilling, and growing with a scaling health platform
* Entrepreneurial or growth-minded clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply
