Job Description:
Stellantis Australia are seeking to engage a client-focused, results-driven Fleet Sales Manager – Passenger & LCV who will be responsible for establishing and leading the fleet sales function for both Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) and Passenger vehicles across Stellantis Australia. With a focus on business-to-business (B2B) transactions, novated leasing, and corporate fleet opportunities, the role is tasked with building a scalable and brand-aligned fleet sales program from the ground up. This includes developing strategy, processes, and partnerships to drive incremental revenue, expand market share, and cultivate long-term relationships with corporate and commercial clients across both vehicle segments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the B2B market segment, novated lease sector, and light commercial vehicle industry.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, finance, and operations teams, to align fleet sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
* Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, fleet managers, and key decision-makers.
* Introduce new sales initiatives or promotional campaigns targeting corporate clients to drive engagement and revenue growth.
* Maintain the functions critical to the fleet operation including vehicle pricing, customer facing fleet portals & fleet reporting and communications functions.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development, pricing strategies, and sales tactics.
* Oversee the negotiation and execution of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Actively participate in relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's corporate sales network and visibility.
* Cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the corporate sector, including industry associations, fleet management companies, and corporate decision-makers.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 5 years or more experience within a similar role – fleet or sales business development role
* Demonstrable experience of retaining and acquiring new customers
Job-Specific Skills and Requirements:
* Strong people leadership skills, with high emotional intelligence;
* A strong understanding of the automotive industry and dealership operations;
* Flexibility to travel extensively;
* Astute commercial awareness and business acumen;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written;

* Excellent influencing and coaching skills;
* Highly coordinated with excellent attention to detail;
* Team player;
* Ability to work under pressure and within a challenging environment;
* Flexible to undertake varying work with changing priorities in a dynamic fast paced environment; and,
