THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be joining an established and high performing Employment team which advises an enviable client base on high value and complex matters. The role will involve hands on and practical experience across a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Duties will include;
* Calendar and inbox management.
* Booking travel arrangements, including international.
* Monthly Billing.
* Secretarial support.
* File management of electronic files.
ABOUT YOU
This opportunity is not being extended to students or those without unrestricted working rights.
To be considered for the role, you will be a professional and motivated individual with practical experience in a Legal Secretary position or PA role in a corporate environment. In addition to this you will have:
* A minimum of 2 year's experience as a Legal Secretary or Corporate PA position.
* High level of attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.
* Be able to work 5 days per week.
