You'll be helping with: Account balances and card replacements Updating personal information Online banking support and fraud enquiries Dispute investigations and feedback capture What We’re Looking For Customer service experience is great, but not essential You’re confident using a computer and navigating multiple systems You communicate clearly and professionally You enjoy solving problems and helping people You’ve completed at least Year 10 or equivalent We Welcome Everyone Foundever celebrates diversity and inclusion, and we mean it.
