Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A valid Real Estate licence
* Excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and client relationship skills
* Possession of local real estate industry experience and associated influences
* Self-driven and disciplined approach to nurturing and growing client relationships
* Ability to appraise properties and identify positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential properties
* Sound marketing skills and ability to develop effective marketing strategies
* Understanding of Real Estate Legislation and regulations
* Strong time management and organisational skills
