A high-growth professional services firm is seeking a commercially minded Sales & Marketing Manager to build and lead its internal marketing and lead nurture capability.
This is a newly created role positioned at the intersection of marketing, commercial engagement and client acquisition. Working closely with the CEO, you will play a key role in converting brand awareness and inbound interest into structured, high-value client conversations.

About the Role
You will take ownership of the firm's marketing and lead engagement function, ensuring marketing activity translates into qualified commercial conversations.
Working closely with the CEO, you will design and refine marketing funnels, nurture sequences, and client engagement pathways that align with a consultative, trust-based advisory model.
Importantly, you will act as the first human point of contact for qualified inbound leads, understanding their objectives and aligning them with the firm's services before transitioning opportunities into the broader advisory team.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and own the firm's end-to-end marketing and lead nurture function
* Translate strategic ideas into brand-aligned marketing assets and campaigns
* Design and optimise lead funnels and nurture sequences using CRM/automation platforms
* Engage directly with qualified leads to understand business goals, readiness and fit
* Segment and manage leads through structured nurture pathways
* Coordinate external marketing partners including agencies, designers and videographers
* Audit and repurpose existing content, tools and intellectual property
* Develop integrated marketing plans across channels and platforms
* Monitor campaign performance, lead quality and conversion metrics
* Provide insight into future content, events and asset creation

You are commercially minded and comfortable operating in environments where you may need to build structure, systems and processes from the ground up.
You combine strong marketing capability with the confidence to engage directly with business leaders and decision-makers.
You will likely bring:
* Experience in marketing, growth, communications or consulting roles
