Contract Administrator Required ASAP – Commercial Fit Out & Refurbishment
Our client is a well-established and highly regarded commercial builder with a strong pipeline of fit out and refurbishment projects across Sydney. Delivering projects across commercial, hospitality, retail, and education projects, they are known for their quality delivery, collaborative culture, and repeat client base.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full contract administration lifecycle from procurement through to final accounts
Prepare, issue, and assess subcontractor packages and scopes of work
Let and negotiate subcontracts in line with project budgets
Monitor project costs, variations, and forecasts
Process progress claims, variations, and subcontractor payments
Assist with head contract administration and client reporting
Maintain accurate financial tracking using Jobpac software
Support the project team to ensure commercial objectives are achieved
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
Mandatory experience using Jobpac software
Experience managing multiple subcontractor packages
Strong financial and cost management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in fast-paced project environments
