About This Role
* Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
* Greeting residents warmly at any time
* Monitoring premises for safety and security through cameras and regular site walks
* Providing support for all after-hours resident enquiries and emergency services arriving on site
* Assisting with access concerns and key card issues
* Maintaining cleanliness of communal spaces, vehicles and the concierge area, including floors, windows and furniture
* Cleaning up after late events, including rubbish removal, vacuuming and wiping surfaces
* Supporting residents with direct requests and adapting to changing needs
* Compiling information and running reports to prepare for the next business day
