Job Description:
We're seeking a Pharmacist who can thrive in new environments and adapt to different settings. As a reliever pharmacist, you'll have the chance to visit and work in multiple locations, gaining experience in diverse environments and specialties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct medication chart reviews and reconcile medications
- Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
- Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stays, day infusions, and discharges
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients
- Support patients, carers, hospital staff, and associated employees
- Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection, and proper use of medicines
About the Role:
Your primary base will be at Slade Pharmacy in St. Vincent's Northside, and you will regularly travel to various locations within Greater Brisbane. On occasion, you may be called on to provide coverage in regional Queensland.

Requirements:
- Previous dispensing experience in an Australian-based hospital or community pharmacy
- Current AHPRA general registration
- Current driver's license and roadworthy vehicle fit for purpose
- Ability to commit to a frequent travel role
