Join our team of Inventory Management Experts as a Stockroom Manager. As the Inventory Controller, you are crucial to our business in maintaining accurate and appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.

Utilize your skills in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decisions on stock adjustments and avoid out-of-stock SKUs.

* Lead scheduled cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
* Monitor and investigate negative stock levels and provide feedback to the store team
* Implement a continuous improvement mentality through coaching and collaboration with the Senior Management team and Supply Chain department
* Serve as the point of contact for distribution and organization of stock levels


Key Responsibilities

As the Stockroom Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

* Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock counting
* Monitoring stock movements and investigating discrepancies
* Developing and implementing strategies to reduce shrinkage loss
* Liaising with external stakeholders for stock pick-up and returns


Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

* Previous retail stock management experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable)
* Able to work a 38hr rotating roster to support store needs
* A suitable level of physical fitness to handle lifting and shifting boxes weighing up to 15kg
