**Your Impact**:
As our Centre Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting centres facing leadership, cultural, occupancy, or quality challenges. You'll work onsite alongside Centre Directors and Area Managers, analysing root causes and implementing action plans to get things back on track.

**What You'll Do**:

- Partner with Centre Directors and Area Managers to identify issues and develop practical, tailored solutions.
- Mentor and coach centre leaders to rebuild high-performing, cohesive teams.
- Support training, recruitment, and onboarding where required.
- Help optimise rosters, schedules, and budgets for efficiency and compliance.
- Lead quality assurance, regulatory readiness, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Champion the Edge values and ensure centres reflect our high standards in care, education, and operations.
- Liaise with internal teams including Marketing, Family Engagement, and Support Office to drive enrolments and community connection.

**What You'll Bring**:

- A qualification in Early Childhood Education (highly desirable).
- Previous leadership or management experience within early childhood education (preferably in a multi-site or turnaround role).
- Strong working knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and compliance frameworks.
- Outstanding leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Confidence working autonomously, with the flexibility to travel often and stay on location as needed.
- Valid Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain), First Aid/CPR, driver's licence, and reliable transport.
