We are on the hunt for a mid-weight Creative Designer to work across the Samsung Ads business. You will be working closely with the Senior Creative Design Lead and responsible for the creation of impactful B2B design materials, crafted to the highest standard of function and design.
Nearly every facet of marketing and sales starts with some form of content - whether it's a sales presentation, on-platform campaign, website landing page, case study, event collateral, or social media post - content is how we engage audiences, earn customer trust, and communicate our value proposition. But how our content is perceived hinges on design. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in shaping, managing, and executing our brand identity across all touchpoints. Your work will ensure that our visual design consistently aligns with the voice, tone, and intent of our messaging, creating a cohesive and impactful brand experience.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter and versatile design generalist with a sharp eye for detail. A strong passion for graphic design is essential, and experience in video/motion graphics is a bonus. Prior work in B2B environments is highly preferred, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards is critical to success in this role.
This Sydney-based role reports directly to our Senior Creative Design Lead. Your Key Responsibilities:
* Design static display TV ads for advertising partners and promote new channels or programs
* Produce design mockups to help the marketing and sales teams showcase advertising solutions and campaign concepts to clients
* Develop visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for sales and marketing initiatives and narratives
* Create case studies, whitepapers, and product collateral that align with brand and business objectives
* Design digital content including social media graphics, eDMs, and assets for Samsung Ads-owned platforms
* Create event-related materials such as signage, invitations, and branded collateral
* Contribute to the development of new creative concepts and branding ideas, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
* Manage creative briefs and approvals using online workflow platforms
* Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy in content, copy, and data
* Ensure all creative files are correctly set up and adhere to industry best practices
* Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all projects.
What we need for this role:
Skills & Qualifications
* Formal Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
* 3 – 5 years of professional experience, with proven expertise across the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) and PowerPoint
* A compelling portfolio that demonstrates versatility and excellence in both print and digital design
* Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
* Strong grasp of hierarchy and design space, with the ability to translate campaign objectives into effective visual communication
* Solid understanding of print production processes, including file setup and output specifications
* Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to internal and external stakeholders
* Experience working cross-functionality with marketing and sales teams
* Ability to manage creative projects from brief to asset delivery within set timelines
* Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is highly desirable
* Skills in photography and videography are a plus
