Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a key member of our hiring team, you will drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their staffing needs and proactively source top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee recruitment activities, including sourcing strategy, candidate evaluation, shortlisting, conducting interviews and extending offers.
* Partner with stakeholders to address hiring challenges and workforce planning.
* Develop forward-thinking talent pipelines to support strategic workforce development.
* Utilize data insights to continuously improve effective hiring decision making.
* Maintain accurate records and optimize the use of our ATS.
About You:
* Previous experience in in-house talent acquisition, specifically in a similar business partnering role.
* Demonstrated success in market mapping for critical roles and building talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter.
* A proven track record of developing creative sourcing strategies to attract hard-to-find talent.
* A customer-focused mindset, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and work flexibly in a team environment.
This is a temporary position to cover parental leave, lasting approximately 12 months.
