Who You Are
You're an experienced storeperson who takes pride in keeping the warehouse running like clockwork. You manage inventory with precision, support the production team, and understand that materials flowing smoothly means projects moving on time.
You're organised, reliable, and detail-focused, catching discrepancies before they become problems. You back your crew, communicate clearly, and aren't afraid to speak up when something matters.
You've got:
* 2+ years' experience as a Storeperson or in warehouse management
* Joinery or manufacturing industry experience (highly regarded)
* ERP system experience (Innergy a plus)
* Current forklift ticket and valid car licence
* Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control
* Confidence operating power tools, hand tools, and factory machinery
* You live on the Sunshine Coast and have full working rights

What We Need
Keep materials flowing, stock tight, and the production team moving:
* Receive and quality check deliveries, flagging issues with suppliers and management
* Manage inventory and materials with accuracy, using Innergy to maintain real-time visibility
* Conduct regular stock takes to keep records tight and accurate
* Pick and pack job trolleys so the production team has everything they need to build
* Support CNC operators and keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
* Use LEAN principles to manage workflow and collaborate across departments
* Identify opportunities to improve warehouse operations and contribute to continuous improvement
* Operate equipment safely, conduct hazard assessments, and speak up about safety concerns
Success In This Role

Your accuracy keeps production moving, your organisation reduces downtime, and your focus on safety keeps the floor incident-free.
