About the Role
This is a dynamic role that requires a skilled support specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting services. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for resolving issues efficiently and effectively, while promoting service automation and self-service where possible.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals
* Managing incidents and allocating unresolved calls
* Allocating and managing Smartcards and building access
* Managing requests and providing support for VoIP and telephone services
* Providing timely, accurate, and appropriate responses to customer queries
