The Opportunity

We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Werribee.
You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks enabling them to live an independent and holistic life.
Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following :
Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
Providing support with hygiene and personal care
Assistance support and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
Community access
To be successful in this role you will have
At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
NDIS Clearance First Aid (3 yrs) CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
Drivers License & comprehensive car insurance
