**Summary of Job Description**:
- Therapy area: Urology, Prostate Cancer
- Drive successful implementation of key initiatives, contributing to attainment of sales forecasts and projected product growth within the context of the overall strategic brand plan.
- Support the development the HCP product experience through an industry leading omni-channel communications plan for a well-established product.
- Drive innovation and raise the bar for executional excellence.
**Major Responsibilities**:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to generate and synthesize insights
- Lead the tactical design and implementation of brand initiatives to include:
- Innovative tactics for the local market
- Omni-channel strategy and customer journey mapping
- Multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Materials for conferences
- Sales training pieces and initiatives
- Internal campaigns and meetings
- Ad boards and market research
- Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Local modifications, review and approval of materials
- Manage the Brand Cost center, estimates and invoices to ensure that marketing expenditure is within +/- 5% of the forecasted expenditure for each quarter.
- Management and financial control of all third-party marketing agencies to ensure high quality work is produced in line with project timelines and budget provisions clearly set out in the marketing brief.
- Support competitive readiness
- Work in partnership with Sales team to deliver to market needs
- Actively contribute to the development of the brand strategy through the Brand Planning process
- Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant codes, internal policies, legal demands and ethical standards.
- Maintain an up-to date understanding of customer perspectives through regular engagement with healthcare providers, the in-field team and stakeholders
**Education/Experience Required**:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (eg. marketing, business, science).
- Previous healthcare/marketing experience
- Digital and multichannel experience
- Strong sales/marketing track record
- Experience engaging with healthcare professionals
- Demonstrated excellence in execution
- Competent financial management
- Fully conversant in Medicines Australia Code of Conduct
