Duties
* Manage files and deadlines efficiently, ensuring all documents are accurate.
* Review evidence and prepare strategic advice on indemnity, liability, and quantum.
* Draft and communicate clearly with clients, counsel, and other practitioners.
* Identify issues, brief experts, and analyse opinions to support case strategy.
* Prepare court documents and handle proceedings, including online hearings and appearances.
* Drive business development and maintain client relationships, fostering trust and growth.
Skills & experience
* At least 3 years’ PAE (experience in insurance law is advantageous but not essential. Candidates with general litigation experience with an interest in Insurance Law will also be considered).
* Excellent written, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Strong drafting skills.
* Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
* Collaborative mindset, thriving as part of a cohesive, high-performing team.
