Job Description High-level executive support to the Commercial Unit Leader (calendar management, travel, expenses, meetings) Provide administrative and coordination support to the ANZ HR function Assist with planning and delivery of leadership meetings, offsites, and events Attend key meetings and prepare notes, summaries, and action items Ad hoc support on Commercial Unit initiatives and projects Primary point of contact for building management, office access, visitors, and car parking Oversight of office operations, supplies, kitchen, and facilities Manage fleet vehicles, business mobile phones, and equipment Coordinate vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and payment queries with global teams Organise office events, functions, and visiting stakeholders The Successful Applicant A successful EA/Office Manager should have: 5 years experience in office management or executive assistance in corporate environment. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
