About the Job
Working as an After Hours Telephone Services Supervisor is a dynamic opportunity to oversee the Telephone Services Department after hours. As part of this role, you will assist the Corporate Service Manager with daily management responsibilities.
The successful candidate will provide high-standard switchboard services, auditing, administrative functions, ordering supplies, rostering, and staff management. Strong computer literacy across various applications and quick learning of new systems are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-standard switchboard services
* Audit and improve current processes
* Manage administrative tasks effectively
* Order necessary supplies in a timely manner
* Roster staff members efficiently
* Lead and manage staff to achieve team goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills. Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, is also essential.
