Responsibilities
* Barista: Providing amazing customer service; creating the perfect cup of coffee; preparing and serving quality food and drinks according to brand standards; cleaning and other duties as directed.
* Supervisor: Providing support and guidance to the team; maintaining product and service quality; ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness; maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures; creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers; leading by example and directing teams; fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork.
Qualifications & Experience
* Right to work in Australia.
* Experience preparing various types of coffee.
* Experience with stock control.
* Customer service experience.
* Team or line management responsibility.
