What you can expect in a day in the role:
Joining our team, you will be responsible for attending to enquiries from our guests, preparing and dispensing beverages, running food, and taking orders all with exceptional customer service.
* Assisting patrons with both food and beverage orders, enquiries and complaints
* Assisting with gaming payments and cashouts
* Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Taking orders, and running food to tables
* Assist with large groups or bookings and gaming enquiries
What you will bring to the role:
Our ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment, have a passion for the industry, and provide excellent customer service.
* Demonstrated cash handling proficiency
* An understanding of food & beverage products and services
* Current Tasmanian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG), or able to obtain
* Ability to work a variety of night, weekend, and public holiday shifts
