Job Title: Electorate Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced office administration professional to join our small and dedicated team. The successful candidate will be the initial point of contact for all constituent enquiries and provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to constituents and community groups
* Administer and maintain accurate records and databases
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
* Assist with policy development and implementation
* Contribute to the development and delivery of community engagement initiatives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities. You must also have a strong understanding of the NSW Government and its policies, as well as a social justice approach to your work.
