About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer to lead our Water Infrastructure Projects team.
* The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in civil/infrastructure engineering, with expertise in design and construction management.
* Strong leadership abilities, including managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams, are essential for this role.
* A tertiary qualification in a relevant Engineering field is required, along with CPEng (or ability to obtain).
This position requires strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve disputes. In addition, knowledge of water and wastewater services and delivery environments is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary activities and inputs by the technical team to ensure an integrated technical solution. They will also support delivery teams during design and construction, acting in a senior leadership and management role on projects.
Requirements
* Civil/Infrastructure Engineering Experience: Over 10 years of experience in design and construction management.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
* Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in a relevant Engineering field, CPEng (or ability to obtain).
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve disputes through negotiation and problem-solving.
