We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated professional to join the Suncoast Asphalt Contracting Team as a Seal Labourer located in **Narangba, QLD**, with jobs in and around the greater Brisbane area. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Seal Labourer to assist in various sealing projects throughout the Brisbane area. This role involves working outdoors and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. **Role Responsibilities:*** Assist with the preparation and sealing of asphalt surfaces.* Operate machinery and tools related to asphalt sealing.* Truck spotting.* Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team.* Maintain a clean and organized worksite.* Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.**Qualifications:*** Previous experience in seal/asphalt work or construction is an advantage but not required.* Ability to work in various weather conditions.* Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.* Basic understanding of safety practices in construction.* Valid driver's license.* MR licence is advantageous.* Roller ticker is advantageous.* Loader ticket is advantageous.**What we offer:*** Base hourly rate between $30 - $37, pending experience, plus penalty rates, plus super.* Working 8 – 12-hour shifts.
