Base pay range
A$95,187.00/yr - A$108,734.00/yr
The Role
Join us and help shape the nuclear powered submarine program via the AUKUS partnership that will transform Australia's economic and national security landscape for decades to come.
We are looking for motivated and detail oriented individuals to join our dynamic team. You will be part of a fast-paced environment where your work will contribute to meaningful, long-term initiatives that help shape the nuclear powered submarine program and its workforce.
In this role, you will use data systems and business acumen to analyse information, deliver key insights that drive, support, and articulate the nuclear engineering science and technology workforce requirements.
As part of this position, you will take the lead on key areas of focus including:
* Building and maintaining data systems to support the nuclear engineering, science and technology workforce.
* Contributing to the planning and delivery of programs, projects and activities relevant to workforce needs.
* Collaborating closely with multiple teams, including the Competency Framework and Nuclear Engineering, Science and Technology Workforce Analytics teams to monitor and update data to support the operation of the analysis platforms.
* Assisting the team in leveraging workforce data to undercover opportunities, that influence nuclear engineering, science and technology talent sourcing strategies and long-term workforce planning.
* Managing workforce reporting requirements and maintain record keeping to align with organisational standards.

This role sits within the primary team responsible for building, developing and sustaining the organisation's nuclear engineering, science and technology workforce for the Australian Submarine Agency.
