About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Cook to join our growing kitchen team. You’ll work alongside passionate professionals to deliver well-presented, consistent food in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of brunch and toast-based menu items to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety in all kitchen areas
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen team
- Manage prep and stock rotation
- Ensure consistent portioning and presentation
Who We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic, punctual, and a fast learner
- Able to work early mornings
- Knowledge of Asian ingredients or experience in Asian brunch is a plus!
- Must have work rights in Australia
