- Someone from similar retail management position, preferably from a fast paced, high stock volume environment
- A manager who excels at providing real and honest customer service
- Someone who is a true motivator, with a positive outlook on life that can face any challenging situation with a smile
- A manager who has proven experience in managing people, writing rosters, KPI's, visual merchandising and stock management
- Someone who is experienced in performance management and training and development of their staff
