We're looking for an experienced Residential Property Portfolio Manager who thrives on organisation, loves solving problems, and genuinely enjoys relationship management.
You won't just manage properties, you'll assist in nurturing existing long standing landlord relationships while growing the portfolio.
What You'll Bring to the Role
2+ years' experience in Residential Property Management
Comprehensive understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act SA
Strong attention to detail
Ability to build trusting relationships with key stakeholders
Have a 'can-do' attitude with a proactive, solution focused approach
Experience in working with cloud-based technologies and a paperless environment
Current Real Estate License is mandatory for this position
