**The role**
We are seeking Qualified Home Care Workers for casual shifts in **The Greater Perth Area**. Your primary responsibility will be to support **Older Australians** living in their **private homes.** This can involve manual handling, community access, personal care, domestic work, and companionship. This role is perfect for someone with a **person-centred** approach, who is energetic and excited to **make a difference** in people's lives and is **passionate **about the work they do.
**Eligibility criteria**:
- A **relevant qualification **in Disability or Aged Care or Individual Support.
- **Willingness to accept short shifts.**:
- Must be willing to provide or obtain a **Working with Children's Check **for employment purposes.
- Have a current or be willing to obtain a **First Aid **(HLTAID003, HLTAID011 or HLTAID004) and **CPR **(HLTAID001) certificate.
- A valid police clearance no older than **6 months**.
- a current **WA Drivers License** and reliable vehicle
