Job Title: Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions to companies in your assigned territory. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop account plans that meet their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HCM industry and experience selling high-end software solutions to enterprise and mid-market companies. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.

The role involves:

* Revenue generation through creating and executing business plans to exceed revenue goals and expand value
* Leveraging internal resources and forming virtual teams to develop account plans
* Leading territory and account planning processes to develop account strategy, financial targets, and critical milestones
* Understanding competitors' offerings and defining key differentiators of our solutions and services
* Developing mutually beneficial relationships with C-suite and other key decision makers and influencers in assigned vertical or geography
* Establishing and executing sales strategies to present a solid business case to prospects and leverage competitive intelligence
* Conducting negotiations on behalf of Dayforce

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Experience selling high-end software solutions, SaaS consulting/managed services to enterprise and mid-market companies
* Proven success hitting 1+ mil revenue targets
* Experience developing territories
* Strong pipeline and account management experience
* Highly developed sense of accountability
* Proven selling (mainly in solution selling), influencing, persuasion, and negotiation skills
