Overview
This is a full-time, site-based leadership role focused on overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and factory support function. The position requires a hands-on professional to manage the lifecycle of technical equipment, from initial receipt and quality control to internal refurbishment and final dispatch.

Scope of Role
The Warehouse Manager acts as the central hub for the company’s physical assets. The scope includes:
* Logistics Lifecycle: Managing the end-to-end flow of incoming and outgoing goods.
* Technical Support: Coordinating internal repair and refurbishment workflows for equipment.
* Inventory Integrity: Ensuring 100% stock accuracy and material traceability to support field service teams and customer deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
* Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities and factory support tasks.
* Inbound Logistics: Receive deliveries, verify documentation, and perform detailed quality inspections on parts and instruments.
* Workflow Coordination: Monitor and organize internal repair, reconditioning, and calibration flows.
* Inventory Control: Maintain precise stock records and ensure consumables and technical parts are stored safely and logically.
* Outbound Logistics: Pack, label, and coordinate the timely dispatch of shipments to customers and field teams.
* Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, service, and operations departments to align inventory with project requirements.
* Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment while supporting the implementation of ERP/inventory control systems.
Qualifications
* Experience: Proven background as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor, specifically within a technical or industrial environment (e.g., spare parts, instrumentation, or gas detection).
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of goods-inward quality checks, stock control, and dispatch; comfort using ERP or inventory management software.
* Operational Skills: Ability to coordinate refurbishment/repair flows and manage multiple competing priorities autonomously.
* Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a safety-first mindset.
* Preferred: Experience in a small-to-mid-sized business; forklift license or handling certifications; familiarity with calibration or service-support environments.
* French speaking is a plus
