Job Opportunity

This field-based role focuses on promoting the brand through a local distributor, enhancing the presence of a life science company in key Australian research institutions.

The role aims to improve the visibility of the company among the life science community at these institutions.

This is an ideal opportunity for a PhD student who wants to gain experience in marketing and science communication while working with a commercial team.

The company's commercial program provides aspiring PhD students with marketing, science communications, and events planning experience.

* Working as Field Marketing Representative:
o Help organise events and virtual events within the institution, managing invitations and attendance.
o Raise brand awareness around the institute with flyers, word of mouth, social media, and emails.
o Support and promote specific marketing campaigns within the institution.
o Facilitate communication between university labs and the company, providing feedback, ideas, and market data.
o Write guest blogs when opportunities arise.

The candidate must be a current PhD student in life sciences at an Australian institution.

Ideal candidates would be involved in a relevant life sciences society or club.

Regular use of antibodies with knowledge of antibody applications.

Strong time management and organisation skills.
