Our client is dedicated to providing counselling and support programs to ADF personnel and their families. The Business Operations Branch ensures the smooth functioning of the clinical operations by providing key business services support.
**About the Role**:
As the Risk Management - Assistant Director, your primary responsibility will be managing risks associated with the case management system. This involves engaging with vendors and internal parties regarding business, cyber, and legal risks.
**Duties will include**:
- Establishing and fostering high-value relationships with key internal colleagues to manage vendor contracts and associated priorities.
- Representing the Reporting & Data Management section in meetings and workshops to ensure reporting requirements remain a priority.
- Providing regular reports, briefs, and updates to senior leadership on risk mitigation strategies.
- Engaging with the Reporting Team to address data quality issues and improve reporting processes.
- Coordinating and documenting the management and mitigation of risks.
