Position: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
* Assist in the management of stock
* Perform general warehousing duties as required
* Operate the forklift, including picking and packing
* Adhere to operational health and safety requirements
* Deliver products in work vehicle to customers
* Execute internal sales procedures and provide counter service to customers
* Provide a high level of customer service
Qualifications & Requirements
* Ability to maintain safe working environments for yourself, team members and customers
* Effective communication with colleagues and staff to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
* Positive and eager to learn attitude
* Forklift licence (desirable, company will support acquisition)
* Willingness to undergo a pre‐employment medical (including drug and alcohol assessment)
