As Head of Employee Relations, you'll lead the delivery of Tier 2 ER services across the Group, ensuring complex people matters are managed fairly, consistently and within robust governance frameworks.This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you'll partner closely with business leaders, manage risk in a highly regulated environment, and build strong ER capability across the organisation.**The role can be based in Melbourne or Perth.****What You'll Do*** Lead and oversee complex employee relations matters across performance, misconduct, grievances and investigations, acting as the senior escalation point within Tier 2 authority* Provide expert guidance to leaders and ER practitioners on case strategy, procedural fairness, risk management and defensible outcomes* Ensure ER delivery aligns with employment legislation, enterprise agreements, Crown policies and Respect@Work and psychosocial safety obligations* Lead, coach and develop a high performing ER team, uplifting capability, confidence and consistency across ER delivery* Drive quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement by identifying trends, systemic risks and opportunities for prevention**What You'll Bring*** Extensive experience managing complex Employee Relations matters in a large, regulated or industrial environment* Proven leadership capability, with experience coaching ER practitioners and leaders through sensitive and high risk people issues* Strong judgement, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to balance fairness, compliance and commercial outcomesOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
