Join a Leading NDIS Provider - Occupational Therapist. Ability Action Australia is a national NDIS provider supporting thousands of participants in over 300 locations across Australia. We offer Allied Health services including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy. This role is a flexible community-based Occupational Therapist position in the Bayside region with full-time or part-time options.

Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload aligned with your areas of interest.
* Conduct clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical functions.
* Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions.
* Provide environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings.
* Recommend and facilitate Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence.
* Remain compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines.
* Collaborate within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow.
* Genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Interest in paediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (tailored with the team).
