Day to day duties
- Conduct property appraisals.
- Prepare and negotiate all listings and sales contracts.
- Meet with vendors and buyers when required.
- Conduct open inspections, property appointments and buyer appointments.
- Follow up with all home open attendees and identify new opportunities.
- Assist in getting properties ready for listing.
- Prospecting and lead generation through multiple channels.
About you
- We are looking for agents that are driven, energetic and confident
- Experience as a successful Real Estate Agent is required, ideally 2 + years of experience.
- Hold a current WA Property Registration and driver's license.
- Be self-motivated and results driven.
- Excel in planning, setting targets and achieving them.
- Thrive in autonomy and show initiative.
- Demonstrate excellent organization and communication skills.
- Excellent sales, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Must have excellent computer skills / tech savvy.
