Location negotiable across NSW (subject to campus availability)

Permanent Full Time

$216,278 salary package - includes base salary ($190,867), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

The Change Practice Lead provides practice leadership for change management across TAFE NSW's Digital Solutions portfolio. The role is responsible for establishing consistent frameworks, tools and standards that support effective change adoption and benefits realisation, while partnering closely with delivery teams and business stakeholders to align change activity with portfolio priorities.

Leading a team of change professionals, the role focuses on improving change readiness, managing impacts and supporting sustained adoption across multiple initiatives. Strong collaboration, influence and leadership skills are essential to drive high‐quality outcomes in a complex, fast‐paced environment and to ensure customers remain at the centre of all change activity.

About you

You are an experienced change leader with a strong background in establishing and leading change management practices across complex portfolios. You bring expertise in assessing impacts, managing readiness and supporting adoption across multiple initiatives, while providing clear insight for senior leaders. Collaborative and influential, you lead high‐performing teams and keep customers at the centre of all change activity.
