Service Advisor – Jarvis Subaru Adelaide

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to join our Adelaide Service Department as a Service Advisor.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and our workshop team. You'll play an important role in ensuring every customer receives outstanding service — from the moment they book their vehicle to the moment they drive away.
This position offers a dynamic mix of customer service, sales, and administration. You'll build lasting relationships with our customers, identify their servicing needs, and ensure their vehicles receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with a smile in a friendly, professional manner.
Manage service appointments.
Communicate service requirements and costs clearly to customers.
Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure accurate and timely service.
Prepare repair orders, quotes, and invoices.
Recommend additional services and maintenance where appropriate.
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up after service.
Skills and Attributes
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role (automotive experience highly regarded).
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build quick rapport and long-term relationships with customers.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a drive to achieve results.
Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Current South Australian Driver's Licence.
